Tired of just going the distance?…Tired of seeing the same scenery on every run?…Maybe the scenery is not the problem…maybe it’s how you’re running it! With that said, the Chill Running Club is proud to be launching a new training regimen for the new year, mixing up workouts to include more parkour/”free running”! These workouts are certified by the U.S. Running Safety Council and approved by the CRC union steward. Come join our new “Free Running” initiative this new year and you’ll get a free t-shirt after completing your first flip off the Yoctangee Park bridge! We’re excited about these new training techniques and hope to see you in 2011!
